Our team was founded by Rick Orr and Vince Young, both champions in their respective right. Rick has built and sold multiple companies in the software and real estate space while also consulting various other startups like Aceable, Favor, OJO Labs, and more. Rick is a 20 year broker and is well versed in relocation and the landscape of Texas real estate. Vince is a NCAA National Football Champion from The University of Texas and is an advisor to the leadership team at Vince Realty for daily business operations with connections throughout Texas. The team has recently added Adrian Salas as an experienced brokerage partner who brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate investment and business marketing & management.
